One could argue that symbolism is in the very core of humanity; we look to symbols for help on a daily basis. From road signs to school work to the economy and money, we are surrounded by them. Canada is a country that is symbolic of prosperity, peace and good living. Similarly, many things are symbolic of Canada – elks, the great outdoors, nature, industry, economy and the like.
